The breakfast was good but hope to see bake beans in the menu everyday as we cannt eat meat...the location is excellent near to the halal restaurants that we can just walkby ... the room is spacious and very comfortable and clean... we will surely come back to this hotel again when we go to korea infact this is my second time staying in this hotel...and i will introduce this hotel to my families and friends

Room was big, comfy bed, nice view, good shower and bath. Good AC and WiFi. Appreciated the store in the lobby and having Starbucks. Breakfast was good and varied. We were there for a conference so can't say much about location though there were some shops and a park nearby which was nice. Staff on reception were friendly and professional.

We stayed here for our last night in Korea, before flying home the following morning, avoiding the traffic chaos of Seoul, ensuring we were on time for our flight! It's a great location to the Incheon airport but a long way from old-town Seoul We have access to the club floors and lounge where the food & drinks were excellent.

Exceptional hotel with stunning views over Songdo. Definitely recommended if you happen to stay around Incheon area or want quick access to the airport. Rooms are spacious, clean, with all the necessary facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet. I also received a lovely gift for my stay in one of the Club Rooms

Easy to get to from the airport. Our flight arrangements were changed at the last minute. The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating with out changes. They even helped to organize a packed 'to-go' breakfast for us as we had to check out very early.
